We are once again creating an adapted route/roadbook for our participants in the Vintage category. They no longer need to compare themselves with modern rally-raid cars, but only with other vehicles 20 years or older. The category is open to cars, trucks, and motorbikes.
They have their own competition, their own classification, and adapted roadbooks in which the difficult dune sections are largely bypassed. To preserve these gems, maximum speed is limited to 140 km/h. However, it remains a race, where the fastest wins — not a regularity competition.
